Terms and Conditions:
1. The free birthday admission offer for Hong Kong residents is valid only for day-admission operating hours on the birthday. Other than eligible postponements as specified by the Park, the date of this offer cannot be changed nor can the offer be accumulated or reissued.
2. This offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other Ocean Park products.
3. Free admission is not applicable to evening admission, private banquet or evening charters.
4. This offer is not applicable to Ocean Park Water World.
5. All visitors (including visitors enjoying the birthday offer) are required to make online reservations on the Ocean Park official website prior to their visits. Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. No alternative arrangements for free birthday admission will be offered if the visitor cannot secure an online reservation or the Park is temporarily closed due to anti-pandemic measures, adverse weather conditions or any other special circumstances on their birthday or on the day of eligible postponement.
7. The Hong Kong resident free birthday admission promotion and the related terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
8. In the event of disputes, the decision of Ocean Park shall be final.
