Terms and Conditions
- The “Get Closer to the Animals Summer Tag-A-Friend Promotion” (The Promotion) is applicable to animal programmes of *Dolphin Encounter, *Penguin Expedition, *Red Panda Keeper, *Fish Friends Face-off, Giant Panda Discovery, Meet the Little Meerkat, Meet the Walrus, and Meet the Dolphin for summer period of 1 July to 31 August 2024 both programme dates inclusive. (*programmes for pre-booking only and not available for same-day application)
- 15% discount is offered for purchase of 2 quotas or above (2 groups or above in Fish Friends Face-off) for the same animal programme session in a single transaction through pre-booking on Ocean Park official website, on-site purchase at Ocean Park’s ticketing counters, and same-day application at designated retail shops (Waterfront Gifts and The Lodge). 25% discount is available for valid Ocean Park Annual Members at enrolment based on the aforementioned purchase condition.
- The Promotion is applicable to programme fee only and does not include Park admission, programme photo and video package. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ocean Park promotional discount.
- Each Ocean Park Annual Member can purchase a maximum of 3 places in a single transaction.

- No refund is accepted for cancellation during The Promotion period.
- Ocean Park reserves the right to amend or terminate the offer and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
